Claims & Mediation
We do our utmost to satisfy you. If, however, you encounter a problem with our services or if you have a dissatisfaction to share with us, here is how to proceed.
1. How to contact us?
For any claim, you can write to us:

Please remember to provide your name, contact details, and the reason for your dissatisfaction so that we can help you effectively.
2. What are our deadlines?
Upon receipt of your message, we commit to:
- Reply immediately or within maximum 10 days to confirm that we have received your request.
- Provide you with a complete and final response within maximum 2 months.
3. What if the response does not suit me?
If after discussing with us, you are still not satisfied with the proposed solution, you can call upon an independent and free mediator.
The banking mediator: You can contact the mediator of the AFDS (Association Française des Sociétés Financières) directly on their website: lemediateur.asf-france.com.
For investments: You can also request the mediator of the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) via their official website: amf-france.org.
